These spoiler-free walkthroughs will only get you through the game without
spoiling the story or scares, such as where monsters will be, plus help you get
things things very useful, such as maps and weapons. Finding items such as ammo
and health items are up to you.
Take into account that in the game, on every map you get north is up (It says
that right on the maps). Remember that whenever I mention a direction (Which is
quite often because of the nature of the rooms in the game). You can always
bring out your map do you can see what I'm referring to when I mention a
direction.

2. Spoiler-free Walkthrough (Chris)

Mansion

Go through the only other door in this room
Go down the part of the hall on Chris' left and watch the cut-scene
Go back thorough the door you used to get into this hallway
Head back to the main hall (Through the doors on the east side of this room)
Take the HANDGUN by your feet after the cut-scene
Go through the double-doors on the east side of this room
Push the dresser up against the statue in the middle of this room and then
take the MANSION 1F MAP
Leave this room and go back to the room where you were attacked by the
monster
Go through the door at the western end of this hall and then go through the
door atop the stairs in this hall
Take the GOLDEN ARROW in one of the statues in this hall
Examine the golden arrow to get the ARROWHEAD
Go back to the main hall and go through the door hidden in the painting atop
the stairs
Put the arrowhead in the tomb on the north side of this graveyard and then
go down the stairs that open up
Take the BOOK OF CURSE sitting on a pedestal at in the room at the bottom of
the steps
Examine the book of curse and take the MANSION KEY on the back of it
Go back into the mansion and go to the room where you found the map of the
mansion's first floor
Unlock and go through the door on the east side of this room
Go through the door at the other end of this hall and then go through the
only door on the north side of this hall
Drain the water in the bathtub and take the OLD KEY inside
Leave this room and use the old key to open the door on Chris' left when you
are in the hall
Get the CHEMICAL and then go back inside
Go through the door at the west end of this hall and then go through the
first door on Chris' right
Go through the door at the bottom of the stairs and take the FUEL CANTEEN on
the floor and the OLD KEY by the typewriter
Leave this room and go up the stairs by the door you just came out of
Go right at the top of the stairs and then go down the small part of the hall
that goes south
Unlock and go through the door at the end and take the WOODEN MOUNT on the
dresser right next to you
Go through the door in this hall directly to the west of you
Take the DOG WHISTLE on the table next to the door and then exit this room
by way of the door on the east side
Go straight on through this hall and through the door at the southeastern end
of it
Place the wooden mount above the fireplace and then light the fireplace with
your lighter to get the MANSION 2F MAP
Go back to the hallway where you found the wooden mount
Go through the hallway and then unlock and go through the door in the
southwestern corner
Go through the double-doors on the western side of this area and then unlock
and go through the western-most door on the north wall of this room
Use an old key to unlock and go through the door on Chris' left in this
hallway
Use the dog whistle and then kill both monsters that attack you
Pick up the COLAR that one of them dropped
Examine the collar and press the switch on it
The collar will change into the COIN
Examine the back of the coin to get it to change into the IMITATION OF A KEY
Go back inside through the door you came through
Go through the door on the north end of this hall to get back into the hall
where you got the golden arrow
Go through the door in this hall in the northwest corner
Take the MANSION KEY from the pedestal in the middle of this hall and quickly
replace it with the imitation of a key
Go back to the second floor of the main hall and then go through the
double-doors on the eastern side of the room
Unlock and go through the double-doors halfway through this hall that are
facing to the west
Push all four of the statues of the knights until all of them are against the
wall behind them
Press the switch in the middle of the room and then take the JEWELRY BOX from
the spot on the back wall
Examine the jewelry box and then look at the front, there are two shapes on
the sun on the front, you must match both of those shapes to the shapes on
the sides of the box and press the switches by them to open the box and get
the DEATH MASK inside
Leave this room and go through the eastern-most door in the northern most
part of this hall to get back to the room with the eastern stairway
Unlock and go through the door in the middle of this hallway (It should be
the only one you haven't gone through)
Go through the door on Chris' right and take the OLD KEY on the desk
Leave this room and then use the old key to unlock the door directly across
from the door you just came out of
Take the FISHHOOK from the wall across from the door, take the BEE SPECIMEN
from the wall next to the door and then take the LURE OF A BEE from the wall
to the left of the door
Combine the fishhook and then lure of a bee and then put it in the spot where
you found the bee specimen
Put the bee specimen where you found the lure of a bee and then press the
switch behind it
Take the WIND CREST and then leave
Leave this room as well and then go down the stairs
Go through the southern-most door in this hall and then unlock and go through
the only door on the south side of this hall
Flip the switches below the three pictures in this room until the picture of
the valiant wearing a bracelet is orange, the picture of the sage wearing
a necklace is purple and the picture of the saint wearing a crown is green
Flip the switch below the picture at the end of this hall and then get the
DEATH MASK in the area that opens up
Go back to the second floor of the main hall and then go through the
double-doors on the west side of the room to get to the area above the dining
hall
Go through the western-most door on the north side of this room and then down
the stairs in this hall
Pass by the door at the bottom of the stairs, but note that it is the room
with the serum (Which you will need to get later) and go all the way through
this hall
Unlock and go through the door at the very end (Not the one off to the side)
and head along the part of this hall that goes east
Go through the door at the end and put the chemical in the water pump by the
door
Switch the valve to the red setting and then take the DEATH MASK from the
far wall
Leave this room and go through the hall, back towards the door you used to
get into this hall
Don't go through the door, but go along the part of the hall that goes south
Go through the first door you come across on the west side and take the OLD
KEY from the floor of the closet
Leave this room and go through the other door on the west side of this hall
to get back into the hall you were just in
Use the old key to unlock the door on Chris' left and then go through it
Take the BROKEN SHOTGUN and then leave
Go all the way back to the hallway on the east side of the first floor that
is outside of the bathroom and the outside area where you found the chemical
Go through the only door in this hall you haven't been through and in this
room, go through the other door
Take the SHOTGUN from the hooks on the wall and replace it with the broken
shotgun
Leave and go back to the U-shaped hallway on the second floor (Where you
found the wooden mount)
Unlock and go through the door on the southern side of this room and watch
the cut-scene
Remember when I told you to remember the room that had the serum Go to that
room (Room at the bottom of the stairs in the hallway outside of the room
where you got the broken shotgun)
Search the cabinets in this room to get the SERUM and then take it back to
where you saw the cut-scene
Watch this cut-scene and once it's over, make your way all the way back to
the room where you had to bring the serum
Go though the other door in this hall/room and in this hall, go through the
door at the northern end
Use your lighter to light the candles on the table to get some light and then
push the big piece of furniture on the wall to reveal a hidden section of
this room
Take the MUSICAL SCORE from this area and then go all the way back to the
dining hall on the first floor
Take the EMBLEM from above the fireplace and then go through the adjacent
door
Go to Chris' right and go through the second door on Chris' left
Move the large piece of furniture in the dead-end hall part of this room and
take the MUSICAL SCORE
Combine both musical scores and use the combined item on the piano in this
room
Let Rebecca practice for awhile and then come back (If there are any items
you missed, now can be a good time to go back and get them)
Take the GOLD EMBLEM from it's spot in the area that opens after Rebecca
plays the Moonlight Sonata and replace it with the normal emblem from the
dining hall
Put the gold emblem in the spot above the fireplace where you found the
emblem and then go over to the clock
Adjust it so the long hand is on the helmet (12) and the short hand is on
the helmet (6)
Take the MANSION KEY and head up to the room where you had to bring the serum
earlier
Go through the door on the eastern side of the room where you had to bring
the serum and in the next hall, unlock and then go through the door covered
in spiderwebs
Fight the monster in here and then take the DEATH MASK in the back of the
room
If the monster bit you, you will have to play as Rebecca for a moment and get
some serum to bring back to Chris (It's still in the same room)
Go back to the hidden area of the graveyard where you got the book of curse
and place all four death masks on the spots by the stairs, you can see which
death mask goes where by examining each one and examining each spot
Examine the coffin and kill the monster inside
Press the switch inside the coffin and also take the STONE & METAL OBJECT
inside of it
Go back into the mansion and make your way to the hall on the east side of
the mansion that is outside of the room with the paintings on the stained
and leads to the hall with the east stairs
Go through the door in the northwest corner of that hall and make your way
through this outside area
Put the stone & metal object in the spot by the door and then go through the
door

Courtyard
---------
Go through the door at the bottom of the steps on the south side of this room
Adjust the spinning red object on the side of the path so it faces the west
and adjust the blue spinning object further down so it faces north to unlock
the next gate
Go through the gate and go up to the two big tombstones
Put the wind crest in the tombstone on the right and then take the MOON
CREST, STAR CREST and SUN CREST from it
Examine the back of each crest and press the button on the back to make the
lines/cross project
Put all three crests in the tombstone on the left and then take the MAGNUM
REVOLVER
Leave this area via the gate to the east and make your way to the cabin at
the end of this path
Go inside and take the COURTYARD MAP from a wall and the CRANK from the back
of the cabin
Go back towards the entrance to the cabin and watch the cut-scenes
Ignore the monster and leave the cabin
Go back through these outside areas until you get back into the little room
you unlocked with the stone & metal object
Go through the big door on the east side of this room and then through the
gate atop the steps in this area
Use the crank on the box next to the pool to drain the water and then cross
where the pool was
Take the elevator at the other end of this area and then through the gate on
the east side of this area
Make your way through this place and then go through the door at the end

Residence

Go through the door at the eastern end of the hall and get the RED BOOK from
the counter in the lowest level of this room
Leave this room and push the crate by the door so that it is covering up the
hole in the floor in that part of the hall that extends to the south that is
between the wall and the crate that you can't move
Climb over the crate and go through the door
Take the RESIDENCE MAP covering up a hole in the wall at the end of this hall
Go back and enter the room with 002 above the door
Enter the door to Chris' left and take the RESIDENCE KEY sitting on a shelf
Go back to the hall with the holes in the floor push the crate so that it is
next to the other hole in the floor
Climb over the crate and then unlock and go through the door on the north
side of this hall
Take the SELF DEFENSE GUN on the desk and then go through the door to the
left of the door you used to get in here to get into the bathroom
Pull the bathtub's plug and take the CONTROL ROOM KEY
Go back into the room with 002 above the door, but push the crate again so
that it is covering the hole between the other crate and the wall
In the 002 room, push the bookshelves in the back to reveal a ladder
Climb down the ladder

Aqua Ring
---------
Go as far as you can through this hall and when you get to the water, push
all three crates into it to make a bridge
Walk over the crates and then go through the doors at the end of the hall
Do what you can to avoid the monsters in here and then use the control room
key to unlock the big door in the southwest corner of this room
Go down the ladder and take the AQUA RING MAP on the wall
Press the switch on the control panel on the south-eastern wall, press the
switch on another panel to release the safety for the pressure shelter and
then pull the control level to release the pressure shelter
Read the note on the table to see which oil valve to release, go to the wall
with the oil valves to release that one, release the pressure shield safety
again and then pull the level to release the pressure shield
Press the switch on the control panel on the south-eastern wall again and
then go through the door on the northern part of this room
Go through the door on the eastern side of this room, if you see a shiny
object on the ground on your way, pick it up to get the ASSAULT SHOTGUN
Go all the way through this room, past the water and onto the metal platform
at the very end
Push the generator off of the platform, into the water, and pull the level on
the box on the left to make the water safe to go through
Take the RESIDENCE KEY from the water and then leave this room
Go through the door on the north-western corner of this room and then climb
up the ladder in here
Go through the door in front of you, go left down the hall and back up the
ladder at the end

Residence

Leave this room and then unlock and go through the door in this hall to the
south of the one with 002 above it
Take the INSECTICIDE SPRAY from the corpse sitting at the bend of the hallway
in the northern part of this room and then leave this room through the door
you just used to get in
Go back to the hole that the map was covering at the north end of this hall
and use the insecticide spray
Go back into that room and take the RESIDENCE KEY from the desk at the end of
the hallway with the corpse in it
Unlock and go through the door in this room with 003 above it
Take the white book from the bookshelf in this room and put the red book you
found earlier in it's place
Move the books so they form a picture of a woman and then go through the door
that is revealed
Watch the cut-scene and then fight the boss
Take the MANSION KEY from the fireplace and then head all the way back to the
mansion

Go back to the room on the east side of the second floor where you got the
mansion second floor map
Unlock and go through the door on the south side of this room
Push the statue in front of you through the open doorway and all the way to
the wall on the other side of the room
Go back to where the statue was, go up the step and run through the area
behind the wall
Hit the switch at the end and run back to where you pushed the statue
Push the statue to the left, into the alcove
Go into the area that opened up and then go down the hole
Take the LAST BOOK VOL. 1 on the floor and examine and open it to get the
MEDAL OF EAGLE
Press the switch on the tombstone and climb down the ladder
Take the MANSION B1 MAP on a wall and then go through the door on the west
side of this hallway
Go to the northern end of this hallway and switch on the power supply for the
elevator
Unlock and go through the door at the west end of this hallway
Ride the elevator in the corner of this room
Go through the unlocked door by the south side of this hallway and take the
BATTERY from a shelf
Leave and then go through the door at the west end of the hallway
Go back to the hallway with the stairs in it on the west side of the mansion
that is outside of the serum room
Unlock and go through the locked door on the western side of the northern
part of the second floor of this hallway
Use the switch to turn off the lights and then push the pieces of furniture
at each end of the room up against the wall so that they are each below the
head of an animal
Go to one end of the room and make sure the eagle on the wall follows you
Quickly run to the other side of the room, climb onto the furniture and take
the gemstone out of the head of the animal on that side of the room, before
the eagle faces the animal and makes a clicking sound
Do that again and take the gemstone from the other animal head so that you
have both the RED GEMSTONE and the YELLOW GEMSTONE
Leave the room, go downstairs and go through the door at the east end of the
hall to get into the hall outside of the room where you used the chemical to
get a death mask
Go down the southern part of this hall and go through the door in the little
alcove to the east
Put the yellow gemstone into the tiger statue and take the MO DISK
Go up to the hallway on the third floor where you used the imitation of a key
to get a mansion key
Unlock and go through the door at the southern end of this hallway and walk
along this hallway until a cut-scene starts
Watch it, climb down the ladder at the end of this platform/hallway and fight
the monster
When it dies, walk around to the back of the bookcase it smashed and take the
LAST BOOK VOL. 2
Examine and open the last book to get the MEDAL OF WOLF
Leave this room via the way you came in and make your way to the first floor
of the main hall
Unlock and go through the single-door on the east side of this room
Go through the other door in this room and pick up the JEWELRY BOX sitting on
a shelf in this new room
Combine the red gemstone with the jewelry box to get small pieces on the
sides of the box to fall off
Put these pieces together to fill in the indentation on the top of the box
Complete the puzzle to get the BROACH
Examine the broach to get the EMBLEM KEY and make your way back to the hall
on the east side of the first floor outside of the east stairs hallway and
the outside area where you used the stone & metal object
Use the emblem key to unlock the door directly to the east of the one that
had the broken doorknob and leads to the east stairs
Watch the cut-scene and if you want, you can deal with what you just heard
by going up to the library on the second floor (It's the room where you found
the dog whistle) immediately and killing the monster, doing this will change
the ending you get
Either way, turn the lamp on in the room you unlocked with the emblem key
and take the METAL OBJECT sitting on a piece of furniture
Leave and make your way back to the courtyard

Courtyard
---------
Make your way through the courtyard until you are in the area with the
waterfall, which is the area you get into after riding the elevator
Go to the southern side of this area and put the battery in the slot next to
this elevator
Ride the elevator up and go to the area with the pool
Use the crank 9on the box next to the pool to raise the water level and then
go back to the last area and ride the elevator back down
Enter the cave on the north side of this area, where the waterfall was, and
then go down the ladder
Go through the door on Chris' right and make your way to the other door in
this area
Examine the elevator's power source on the east side of this room and take
the SHAFT from it
Go through the door at the south end of this area, go through this cave and
watch the cut-scene
Examine the body to get the crank and the go back to the first room of these
caves, with the ladder leading up to the main part of the courtyard
Go through this area, past the typewriter and item box, and come up to the
big pit
Use the crank (The one you just got) on the hole on the wall to rotate the
tunnel so you can cross the pit
Cross where the pit was and go through the door on the other side
Go up to the boulder at the end of this hall that blocks your path
Go back the other way and RUN to the doorway
Go through the area that the boulder cleared and enter the door
Kill the monsters if you wish and take the SURVIVAL KNIFE from the boxes
Use the knife to cut the spider webs around the door on the south side of the
room and then go through
Take the COURTYARD B1 MAP on a wall and then go through the door on the other
end of this hall
Use the crank on the spot along the wall by the pit three times to get it to
open an area to your left
Quickly run into that area and go through the door
Push the statue on the wall to the north until it rests in front of the spot
on the wall that is colored differently than the rest of the wall
Use the crank on the hole on the opposite wall and then push the statue onto
the round plate in the middle of the floor
Push the statue off of the plate and back onto it so it is facing the same
way as the statue on the wall
Push the statue into the alcove next to the other statue
Take the CYLINDER and then combine it with the shaft to get the CYLINDER
SHAFT
Examine the cylinder shaft and rotate it so you can make out the symbols on
the side as Roman Numerals
Take note of what they are and the order that they are in
Go back to the room with the big hole (Where you got the shaft) and put the
cylinder shaft in the spot where you got the shaft
Press the buttons in the order that the numbers appear on the cylinder shaft
and then ride the elevator down
Go through the only door in this huge room, avoid the monster in here and
make your way to the door on the east side of these caves
Go through the door and push the big crate in here onto the
tram/transportation device
Hit the switch to start it up and then go back to the big room with the
elevator
Climb down the ladder in this room and push the big crate into the trash
compactor
Take the BROKEN FLAMETHROWER and then go back into the room with the monster
Pull the level on the wall at the southern corner of the room and make your
way to the door in the northwest corner
Put the broken flamethrower on the hooks and then go through the door
Make your way through this room and through the water until you get to what
looks like a bedroom
Take the JEWELRY BOX and examine and open it to get the STONE RING
Combine this stone ring with the metal object you found earlier to get
another STONE & METAL OBJECT
Climb up the ladder to get to an elevated area and then climb up the ladder
here
You will now be in the cabin in the courtyard
Make your way back to the mansion

Mansion/Altar

Before going into the mansion itself, take the stone & metal object (The
first one you got) from the spot where you placed it to unlock the door
giving you access to the courtyard
Go back to the first floor of the main hall
Put both stone & metal objects in the door located at the back of the stairs
and then go through
Go down the stairs and through the door at the end of the cave
Climb down the ladder and instead of fighting the monster, push the four big
stones connected to chains off the side of the platform you're on
Go through the gate that just opened and then take the elevator at the end of
the cave
Put the medal of wolf in the depression on the north side of the fountain and
the medal of eagle in the one on the south side
Go down the stairs and then take the elevator

Laboratory
----------
Climb down the ladder in this small room
Go through the door and then take the MO DISK sitting on a desk in in the
west end of this hallway
Go down the stairs and through the door at the bottom of them
Go through the door on Chris' immediate right and then the door on his left
in this hall
Take both X-RAYS sitting in this room and then put them onto the wall with
the other two X-rays
Flip the light switch and then examine the X-Rays
You want to arrange them so the names on them are in alphabetical order
Once they are, look at what organ is colored red (Use the chart on the wall
if you don't know the names of each one) and then see what the first letter
of every organ is
Take all four letters, remember the order that the X-rays were in and you
will see that they spell something
Take the Researcher's Letter and remember the login name and password in it
Leave this room and then go through the doors on Chris' right
Go through the door in the northwest corner of this room and then log into
the computer using the name and password you just got (John/Ada)
Use the word you got from the X-rays (Cell) to unlock the doors on the B2F
floor and then unlock the B3F doors (You don't need a password for those)
Log out and go back to the hallway outside of the X-ray room
Go through the door on the northern side of this hallway and take the SLIDE
FILTER from the table
Put an MO disk into the security passcode transmission device (It looks like
a black Gamecube) on the desk in this room and then go back to the hallway on
B2F with the stairs
Go through the door at the west end of the hall
Put the slide filter in the slide projector and view the slides
Look at the number below the barcode in the last slide and remember them
Go to the passcode entry terminal on a wall in this room and enter those four
numbers, in the order they appeared from left to right
Take the LABORATORY KEY in the area that you opened up, take the LABORITORY
MAP from the cabinets by the door and the MO DISK on the cabinets on the
other side of the door
Leave and go back to the main halls on the B3F floor
Unlock and go through the double-doors on the southern hallway in this room
Climb onto the counter and go through the vent
Go through the vent on the north side of this room and put a MO disk in the
security passcode transmission device on a desk
Push the shelf in here to get access to the door and then leave
Unlock and go through the other door in the southwest corner of this area
Go through the door at the south end of this hall
Walk along the path to Chris' right when you come into this room and take the
FUEL SUPPLY CAPSULE from the power room refueling device at the end
Go back to the room where you got the slide filter and fill the fuel supply
capsule in the refueling device behind the sturdy door
Go back to where you got the fuel supply capsule, BUT DO NOT RUN!
Put the fuel supply capsule back into the place where you got it and then go
over to the door on the south side of this room
Go through it and put your last MO disk in the security passcode transmission
device to the south of the door
Go through the door on the south side of this room and turn on power for the
elevator by using the panel on the south side of the room
Make your way back through the rooms until you are in the hallway you
unlocked with the laboratory key (It's the hallway before the place where you
took the fuel supply capsule)
Take the elevator at the north end of this hall
Go through the door in this small hall and then watch the cut-scenes
Fight the monster and then use the panel in the northwestern corner of the
room to unlock the door
Depending on what you did when you heard the scream back in the mansion in
the room you unlocked with the emblem key, there will either be a key in this
room or there won't; search the body on the floor and take the MASTER KEY if
you didn't go to the source of the scream, just leave if you did go and dealt
with that monster
Go up the elevator and go back to the hallway on B3F outside of the X-Ray
room and the room where you filled the fuel supply capsule
Release all three levers for releasing the locks at the west end of this hall
and then go through the adjacent door
Open the door at the end of this hall, watch the cut-scene and then make your
way all the way back to the small room on B1F of the laboratory
Go through the door in this room and make your way through the hall
Take the FUSE UNIT sitting at the end of the hall and then put it in the spot
on the wall by the elevator
Take the elevator and take the SIGNAL ROCKETS on the ground when you get out
of the elevator
Use the signal rockets and depending on what you have done, you will either
finish the game or have to fight a monster
If you have to fight the monster, shoot at it until a rocket launcher gets
thrown to you, take it and hit the monster with it a few times to finish it
off and beat the game
Kill the boss before the time runs out

Go to Barry on the other side of the room
Enter the door to your right
Go down the portion of the hallway on your left
Go back through the door you used to get in here and get back in the dining
room
Go through the doors at the other end of the room to get into the main hall
Take a look around
Enter the two doors on the east side and in here, push the dresser up to the
statue and take the MANSION 1F MAP
Leave this room and go back to the room where you were attacked by the
monster
Go through the door at the western end of this hall and then go through the
door atop the stairs in this halls

Take the GOLDEN ARROW in one of the statues in this hall
Examine the Golden Arrow to get the ARROWHEAD
Go back to the main hall and go through the door in the painting at the top
of the stairs
Put the Arrowhead in the the big tomb on the other side of this graveyard
Go down the stairs and take the BOOK OF CURSE sitting on a ledge
Examine the book and look on the back of it to get the MANSION KEY (SWORD)
Go back to the room off of the main hall where you got the first floor map
Use the sword key to open the locked door
Go through the door at the other end of this hall
Go through the first door on Jill's right and get the CHEMICAL
Go back inside, go to the far end of this hallway and go through the SINGLE
door
Go into the next room and take the SHOTGUN on the wall
Go back into the last room and examine both doors
After the cut-scene, go through the double-doors in the hallway by the door
you came out of
Go through the first door on the right and then go through the door by the
stairs to get to a save room
Take the FUEL CANTEEN
Go back to the previous room and go up the stairs
Go right at the top of the stairs and then go through the door at the end of
the hallway on your left
Take the WOODEN MOUNT immediately to your left
Turn to the right of where you came in here and go through the door at the
end of the hall
Take the DOG WHISTLE and the LIGHTER from the desks
Leave this room through the door closer to where the lighter was and run past
the stairs and all the way down to the end of the hall
Go through the door here, place the wooden mount on top of the fireplace and
then use the lighter to light the fireplace
Take the MANSION 2F MAP
Go back to the hallway where you found the wooden mount and then go all the
way to the other end
Use the sword key to unlock the door and go through to get back into the main
hall
Go through the double doors on the other side of the room to get back to the
second floor of the dining room
Get to the other side of the room and use the sword key to unlock the second
door along the northern side of this room
Go through the first door in this hall and when outside, use the dog whistle
Kill the dog with the shiny object around it's neck and when it's dead, pick
up the COLLAR
Examine the collar and get the COIN
Examine the coin to get the IMITATION OF A KEY
Unlock the door past the stairs, at the other end of this hall and go through
it. You will now be in the hall where you got the arrowhead.
In this hall, go left from the door you came through and then right to get to
the door you used to get in here the first time. Now go through the door
at the other end of this part of the hall, opposite of the one you first came
through
Take the MANSION KEY from the pedestal and then place the imitation of a key
on the pedestal before you are killed
Go back to the second floor of the main hall, open the single door on the
east side of the room and then go through it
Take the GRENADE LAUNCHER sitting next to the body
Go back into the main hall and then go through the double doors on the east
side of the second floor (Next to the door you just came out of)
Unlock the double doors in the middle of this hallway and then go through
Push the four statues of knights back against the walls behind them until all
four of them are against the walls, then press the switch in the middle of
the room
Take the JEWELRY BOX on the back wall
Examine the jewelry box to get it open and get the DEATH MASK inside
Leave this room, go left in the hallway and then go through the first door
you come across
If you want, go down the stairs to the save room and take the supplies Barry
left for you
Either way, unlock and go through the door to the left of the top of the
stairs when you are ready
Go through the door on the left and watch the cut-scene
Take the FISHHOOK from the back wall, the LURE OF A BEE from the wall to the
left of the door and the BEE SPECIMEN from the wall next to the door
Combine the fishhook and the lure of a bee and then place that on the wall
next to the door
Place the bee specimen on the wall to the left of the door, press the switch
and take the WIND CREST
Leave this room and then go back through the door on your right
Go down the stairs and then through the door with the breaking doorknob
Go to Jill's right and then unlock and go through the only door on the left
Hit the switches below the pictures to make the picture of the valiant with
a bracelet orange, the picture of the sage wearing a necklace purple and the
picture of a saint wearing a crown green
Hit the switch in front of the picture at the end of the hall and then get
the DEATH MASK on the ground in this new area
Go through the gate to get into the graveyard and then go back into the
mansion through the door that leads to the main hall
Go up to the second floor and through the doors leading to the area above the
dining hall
Go through the western-most door, down the stairs in this hall and through
the door at the very end of the hall
Follow the hall in front of you to the east and go through the door at the
end to get into a room with some plants in it
Put the chemical in the water pump by the door and switch the valve to the
red setting
Take the DEATH MASK on the far wall and then leave
Go back through the hall to the door that you used to first get into this
hall and then follow the hall south
Go through the door at the very end of this part of the hall, go back to the
main hall and then go to the second floor
Go through the door on the east side that leads to another hallway (Where you
got the wooden mount) and then go through the first door on the right
Watch the cut-scene and then make your way to the save room with the bed in
it on the western part of the first floor, by some stairs
Get the SERUM and then go back to the room where you saw the cut-scene
Watch this cut-scene, go through the other door in this hall and then go
through the unlocked door in the northern part of this hall
Use your lighter to light the candles on the table, push the big piece of
furniture on the far wall and then take the MUSICAL SCORE from in here
Leave this room, go all the way back into the dining hall on the first floor
and take the EMBLEM above the fireplace
Go through the door by the fireplace, turn right and then go through the
second door on your left
Push the bookcase at the end of the area that looks like a hallway to get
another MUSICAL SCORE
Combine both musical scores and then use the completed musical score by the
piano in this room
Go in the area that opens up after the cut-scene, take the GOLD EMBLEM and
then put the normal emblem in that spot
Go back to the dining hall and put the gold emblem in the spot above the
fireplace where you got the normal emblem
Go over to the clock and adjust it so that the long hand is facing the helmet
(12) and the short hand is facing the armor (6)
Take the MANSION key from the spot behind the clock
Go back up to the hallway outside of the room on the second floor where you
found the first musical score (That was the room that was dark)
Go through the door covered in spiderwebs in this hall and kill the big
monster in here
Take the DEATH MASK from the back of this room and the ASSAULT SHOTGUN, if
it's there
If you were poisoned when fighting the monster, get to the save room where
you found the serum and get more serum to cure yourself
Take all of the death masks that you have (It should be four) and go down
the stairs in the tomb in the graveyard
Place the death masks in the spots along the wall by the stairs (Examine the
masks to help you see which one goes where) and then examine the coffin
Kill the monster, press the switch in the coffin and then take the STONE &
METAL OBJECT
Go back up to the graveyard, go through the metal gate, go through the door
at the end of this hallway/room and then go through the door in front of you
on the left wall to get to an outside area
Put the stone & metal object in the spot by the locked door in this area and
then go through the door

Go through the door at the bottom of the small set of stairs
Adjust the spinning red object on the side of the path so it faces the west
and adjust the blue spinning object further down so it faces north to unlock
the next gate
Go through that gate and in here, approach the two monuments standing side by
side and put the wind crest in the one on the right
Take the MOON CREST, STAR CREST and SUN CREST
Examine the backs of all three crests and put them in the slots on the
monument on the left to get the MAGNUM REVOLVER
Go through the other gate in this area and make your way to the cabin at the
other side of this area
Go inside and take the COURTYARD MAP on a wall and the CRANK sitting on the
floor in the back
Head for the door to the cabin, watch the cut-scenes and then head for the
door, avoiding the monster
Go all the way back through the outdoor areas until you get back into the
small room that you gained access to by using the stone & metal object
Go through the double-doors on the east side of this room and in this area,
go through the gate by the stairs on the northern side
Use the crank on the box next to the pool to drain the water and then walk
through this area, and then down the elevator on the other side
Go through the gate on the western side of this area and then get to the door
at the other end of this corridor

Go through the double-doors on the eastern end of this hallway and get the
RED BOOK sitting by one of the tables on the lowest level
Leave that room and push the crate over the hole in the floor between the
wall and the crate that you can't move
Climb over the crate and go through this door
Get the RESIDENCE MAP on the wall at the end of this hall
Go through the door with 002 above it in this hall
Enter the door on your left and take the RESIDENCE KEY from a shelf
Go back to the hall with the holes in the floor push the crate so that it is
next to the other hole in the floor
Climb over the crate and then unlock and go through the door on the north
side of this hall
Take the SELF DEFENSE GUN on the desk and then go through the door to the
left of the door you used to get in here to get into the bathroom
Pull the bathtub's plug and take the CONTROL ROOM KEY
Go back into the room with 002 above the door, but push the crate again so
that it is covering the hole between the other crate and the wall
In the 002 room, push the bookshelves in the back to reveal a ladder

Go as far as you can through this hall and when you get to the water, push
all three crates into it to make a bridge
Walk over the crates and then go through the doors at the end of the hall
Do what you can to avoid the monsters in here and then use the control room
key to unlock the big door in the southwest corner of this room
Go down the ladder and take the AQUA RING MAP on the wall
Press the switch on the control panel on the south-eastern wall, press the
switch on another panel to release the safety for the pressure shelter and
then pull the control level to release the pressure shelter
Read the note on the table to see which oil valve to release, go to the wall
with the oil valves to release that one, release the pressure shield safety
again and then pull the level to release the pressure shield
Press the switch on the control panel on the south-eastern wall again and
then go through the door on the northern part of this room
Go through the door on the eastern side of this room
Go all the way through this room, past the water and onto the metal platform
at the very end
Push the generator off of the platform, into the water, and pull the level on
the box on the left to make the water safe to go through
Take the RESIDENCE KEY from the water and then leave this room
Go through the door on the north-western corner of this room and then climb
up the ladder in here
Go through the door in front of you, go left down the hall and back up the
ladder at the end

Go back out of this room and use the residence key to unlock the other door
on the eastern side of this hall
You now have a choice of what you want to do, you can either take some steps
to skip the next boss fight, or you can go straight to the boss; if you want
to fight it, skip to the step with a * in front of it
Don't go inside the door, instead go back to the room where you found the red
book
Use your lighter to light all three of the oil lamps and be sure to remember
the shape it projects below it and the color of the lamp that makes each
shape
Go up to the billiard table in this room and look at the numbers on the balls
and look at the numbers of the balls that are the same color as one of the
lamps, you will need those three numbers to open a door in the room you just
unlocked
Once you have noted the numbers, look at each lit lamp and note the shape it
makes on the table below it
Match the shapes and numbers together based on the color of each lamp (For
example, if the red ball had a 3 on it you would go to the red lamp and have
to remember that the number for that shape is 3) and then go into the room
that you just unlocked
Go up to the door with a keypad next to it in this room and give the number
for each shape to open the door
*Before going inside, examine the corpse in the L hallway in this room to get
the INSECTICIDE SPRAY
Go back out to the previous hallway (Where you got the residence map) and use
the spray on the hole behind where the map was
Go back into the room you were just in, go to where the beehive was and get
another RESIDENCE KEY
Use the key to open the door in this room with 003 and take the white book
from the bookshelf
Read the report and then put the red book in it's spot
Arrange the books to form a picture of a woman lying down, her feet will be
to the left and her head to the right
If you want to fight the next boss, go through the door that just opened and
skip to the step with the ** in front of it; if not, go on to the next step
Go inside the room you just opened with the keypad in the last room and get
all four EMPTY BOTTLES
Put the UMB No. 3 and the Yellow-6 from the jars and the water from the sink
in the bottles
Combine the mixtures of them with the help of the report you just got until
you get the V-JOLT and once you have it, go back down to the aqua ring
Backtrack all the way through it until you get to the second floor of the
circular room
Go through the door on the western side and use the V-JOLT on the roots
hanging from the celing
Go back up into the residence and make your way back to the room where you
used the red book
**Go through the door you opened up by arranging the books
Depending on what you just did, you will either have to fight the monster or
just watch a cut-scene
Either way, take the MANSION KEY from the fireplace once it's over and then
head all the way back to the mansion

Go back to the main hall and unlock and go through the door on the eastern
side of the first floor that was locked
Go through this room to the next room and take the JEWELRY BOX
Leave this area and make your way to the hallway on the western side of the
mansion that is right outside of the save room where you got the serum
Unlock and go through the door on the second floor of this hallway that was
locked
Flip the light switch to turn out the lights and then push the small dresser
on the northern side of the room so it is up against the wall, under the
animal's head
Walk to the other side of the room so the eagle on the wall follows you and
faces the other way
Run back to the northern side of the room, climb onto the dresser and take
the YELLOW GEMSTONE from the animal's head, if the eagles looks straight at
the head and makes a clicking sound, you won't be able to get the gemstone
Push the dresser on the other side of the room against that wall and do the
same thing you just did to get the RED GEMSTONE
Leave this room, go down the stairs and through the door at the end of the
hall, so you are in the hallway outside of the room where you used the
chemical
Walk down the hall to Jill's left and enter the door in the alcove to her
left in this hall
Put the yellow gemstone in the tiger statue and take the MO DISK
Go back up to the hall on the third floor where you got the armor key and go
through the door at the other end of the hall
Walk through this hall until the monster appears
Climb down the ladder and kill the monster in this area
Take the LAST BOOK VOL. 2 that the monster made fall off a shelf and open it
up by examining it to get the MEDAL OF WOLF
Leave this room via the way you came in and head all the way over to the room
on the eastern side of the second floor, where you got the second floor map
Unlock and go through the other door in this room
Push the statue in front of you to the left, so it's in the area between the
two walls that have started to move
Push the statue between the walls all the way until it's at the back of the
room
Run back to where the statue was, go up the step and walk along the area
behind one of the moving walls
Hit the switch on the far wall, run back to where you put the statue and push
it into the alcove in the wall
Go in the area that opens up and then jump down the hole
Take the LAST BOOK VOL. 1 and then examine and open it to get the MEDAL OF
EAGLE
Press the switch on the tombstone and then go down the ladder
Take the MANSION B1 MAP on a wall and then go through the only door in this
hall
Flip the switch for the elevator's power supply at the dead-end part of the
hallway and then go through the door on the western side of the hallway
Get in the elevator and when you get out, go around to the right
Go in the first door you come across and take the BATTERY
Leave this room and leave this hall by the door all the way to the west
Go back to the courtyard

Go through the courtyard until you get to the area with the waterfall, which
is the area you are in after you take the elevator down
Put the battery in the spot by the elevator on the south side of this area
and then ride the elevator up
Go to the area with the pool and use the crank on the metal box next to the
pool to raise the water
Go back to the last room and ride the elevator you just activated
Go in the cave on the north side of this area and then climb down the ladder
Go through the door next to the ladder and then go through the door at the
other end of this hallway
Examine the elevator's power supply on the eastern side of this room and take
the SHAFT
Go through the door on the southern side of this room, walk through this
hall, watch the cut-scene and then examine the body to get the CRANK
Go back to the room with the ladder and walk through the hall until you get
to a pit
Use the crank (The one you just got) on the spot on the left to rotate the
ground so you can walk by
Go through the door and examine the boulder at the end of the hallway
Turn around and RUN, as fast as you can, back to the door
Once it's safe, go through the door that was previously blocked but cleared
by the boulder
Get the SURVIVAL KNIFE and use it to cut away the spider webs covering the
other door in this room, though killing the big monster first is recommended
Go through that door and take the COURTYARD B1 map on a wall
Go through the other door in this hall and then use the crank to move the
floor three times, to remove the pit and open the way to the next door
Quickly run into the area by the next door to avoid the boulder and then go
through the door
Push the big statue in this room along the wall until it is next to the part
of the wall that looks like it is made of metal
Use the crank on the hole in the wall and then push the statue to the plate
on the middle of the floor
Push the statue off the plate once it has turned and then push it on again
Now that the statue is facing in the right direction, push it into the alcove
in the wall next to the other statue
Take the CYLINDER and combine it with the shaft to get the CYLINDER SHAFT,
note the numbers (Shown as Roman Numerals) on it (You can turn it so it's
easier to read them)
Go back to the room where you found the shaft and put the cylinder shaft in
the spot where you found the shaft
Press the buttons in the same order as the numbers appeared on the cylinder
shaft and then take the elevator down
Go through the only door in this room and in the next room, avoid the monster
and make your way to the unlocked door on the eastern side of this area
Go through the door and push the big crate onto the thing that looks like an
elevator or a tram
Press the switch by it to start it and then return to the room with the big
elevator (Two rooms back)
Watch the cut-scene and then climb down the ladder by the item box
Push the big crate off of the tram and into the nearby trash compactor
Press the switch to activate the trash compactor and then get the BROKEN
FLAMETHROWER
Go back into the room with the monster, pull the level on the southern-most
part of this area and then quickly get to the locked door in the northwest
corner
Put the broken flamethrower on the hooks and then go through the door
Make your way through this area and you'll get to a bedroom
Take the JEWELRY BOX on a dresser and then examine and open it to get the
STONE RING
Combine the red gemstone you got earlier with that jewelry box and then put
all of the pieces of this puzzle together to open the jewelry box
Take the BROACH and examine it to get the EMBLEM KEY
Climb up the ladders and you'll be back in the cabin in the courtyard (Where
you got the first crank)
Make your way back to the mansion

When you're at the last outside area before going back inside the mansion
itself, take the STONE & METAL OBJECT from the spot where you placed it to
open the door to the room that leads to the courtyard
Go into the mansion and in this hall, go into the only door that you haven't
gone through using the emblem key
Flip the switch by the lamp to light up the room and then take the METAL
OBJECT on the piece of furniture to the left
Combine the metal object and the stone ring to get another STONE & METAL
OBJECT
Go back to the main hall and put both stone & metal objects on the door
underneath the stairs to open it
Go through it and enter the altar
Go down the stairs, through the cave and through the door at the end
Go down the ladder in this room and watch the cut-scene
Answer either yes or no during the cut-scene, the choice isn't incredibly
important, but saying no will get you a new gun
Either way, avoid the monster and push the four stones connected to chains in
this area of this into the pit surrounding the area
Go through the gate that just opened and take the elevator at the end of the
cave
Put the medal of wolf you found inside a book in the engraving on the north
side of this fountain and the medal of eagle in the engraving on the south
side
Go down the steps that appear and then take the elevator

Climb down the ladder and then go through the doors in this room
Take the MO DISK sitting at the western end of this hall and then go down the
stairs to get in the main room of the B3 floor
Go through the door at the bottom of them and then go through the door on
Jill's left
Go through the door on Jill's left in here and take the two X-RAYS on the
boxes and a shelf
Put both X-Rays on the wall with the other two X-Rays
Arrange them so that they are in alphabetical order and then flip the light
switch on the other side of the room
Look at what organs are lit up (If you don't know what they are called, look
at the chart on one of the walls)
Take the first letter of the name of each organ and you can see that they
spell a word
Read the notes on the desk to get a login name and password for a computer
Leave this room and go back through the door on Jill's right
Go through the door in the northwestern corner of this room and use the
computer in this room
Put in the login name and password (John/Ada) and unlock the doors on B3
Select the option to unlock the door on B2 and put in the word you got from
the X-Rays as the password (Cell)
Exit the system and leave this room
Go back through the door on the west side of this room and then go through
the door on the north side in that hallway
Put one of your MO Disk in the device that looks like a black Gamecube on
one of the desks
Take the SLIDE FILTER and then head back to the hallway on the second floor
with the stairs
Go through the door you unlocked on the western side of the hall
Put the slide filter on the projector and take a note of the four numbers
that appear on the last slide
Put those same four numbers in the passcode terminal on one of the walls
Take the LABORATORY KEY from the area you just opened up and an MO DISK from
one of the shelves in the main area of this room
Take the LABORATORY MAP from the the shelves by the door
Leave this room and go back to the B3 floor
Unlock and go through the double doors on the southern part of the main halls
of B3, the doors themselves are are on the wall that goes around the room in
the middle of these halls
Climb up to the vent on the wall and crawl through it
Climb up to the vent in this on the northern side of this next room and crawl
through it
Put a MO Disk in the security system passcode transmission device (Black
Gamecube thing)
Push the shelf as far as you can and so you can get to the door and leave the
room
Unlock and go through the other door in the south eastern corner of these
halls
Go through this hall and go through the door at the southern end
Turn right and head along here
Take the FUEL SUPPLY CAPSULE from the device at the end of this path
Go around to the other side of the room and go through the door on the south
side of the room
Go forward and put your last MO Disk in the security passcode transmission
device on the table
Go back to the main room on this floor with the four halls and go through
the door on the western side
Pull all three levels on the panel by the door on the other side of the hall
Instead of going through that door, go through the door on the northern side
of this hall to get back in the room where you got the slide filter
Examine the big door across from the system passcode transmission device and
fill your fuel supply capsule system passcode transmission device
Take the fuel supply capsule back to where you got it, but DO NOT RUN ON YOUR
WAY THERE!
Put the capsule back into the exact spot where you found it and then go
through the door
Go through the other door in this room and activate the power for the
elevator via one of the control panels in here
Go back to the room where you placed the fuel capsule and go through the door
on the northern end of the room
Ride the elevator down at the north end of this hall
Go through the only door in here and watch the cut-scene
Watch the cut-scenes and then kill the monster
Use the panel located at the northwest side of the room to release the
emergency lock on the door
If there is a corpse on the floor, take the MASTER KEY from it
Leave the room and make your way to the door you unlocked with the MO Disks
and by hitting the three switches
Go through the door and then go through the door at the other end of this
hallway
Go back to the B1 floor of the laboratory and open the big door
Take the FUSE UNIT sitting on the floor near the end of this hall
Put the fuse unit in the slot by the elevator and then take the elevator up
Take and use the SIGNAL ROCKETS
If that last monster you fought appears, shoot it until you can take the
ROCKET LAUNCHER; fire a couple of rockets at the monster to kill it
Do that before time runs out
